Join us for an introduction to two core Buddhist meditation practices.
In this 6 week course you will learn the basic principles of meditation to enable you to meditate effectively and experience how meditation can be used to transform mind.
You will be introduced to two core meditation practices, the Mindfulness of Breathing and Loving Kindness (Metta) Meditation and receive essential tips on establishing a meditation practice including options for setting up a gentle meditation posture and working with the most commonly experienced difficulties. In these meditation practices we encounter groundedness, clarity and stillness, leading to acceptance and an opening of the heart to ourselves and others.
