Retreats

Our residential retreats are a great way to take practice deeper, in a beautiful location away from the stresses and distractions of ordinary life. Each retreat is a bit like building a temporary spiritual community of new friends living in harmony and practicing meditation and Buddhism for their own personal development and for the sake of all beings. Most years we offer three retreats, Autumn (Easter) and Spring which are usually long weekends and a week long retreat over the Turning of the Year.  Any retreats that are currently open for bookings will be shown below and provisional dates for upcoming retreats can be found on our calendar page.

Retreats

We go on residential retreats together a few times per year, usually at Glenbarr Camp and Conference Centre near Strathalbyn and we hold occasional day retreats at our usual venue at The Anthroposophic Book Centre in Halifax Street.
