Steps to Enlightenment

Steps to Enlightenment

at Minor Works Building Community Centre

How do we make spiritual progress in the midst of the push and pull of modern life?  There are many resources we can access and techniques we can try, but getting consistent progress on the path isn't always easy.

On this six-week course we’ll explore what it means to walk the path of Buddhist practice in a regular and systematic way, so we can experience an ever-deepening flavour of Enlightenment in our lives.

No previous experience is necessary as this course is suitable both to newcomers to meditation and Buddhism and those who want to deepen or develop their practice.
