Each week there will be talks, guided meditation and discussion in small groups, as well as home practice so you can test the teachings in your own life. Suitable for those new to Buddhism & Meditation or wanting to expand their knowledge.

No, this course is open to anyone,
Is it OK to come for only part of the course?
Its really helpful for everyone if you can attend the full four weeks, but if you cant, contact us to discuss.
Do I need to bring anything?
Meditation gear (chairs, mats and cushions) are provided, tho you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Tea and water is available during the tea break.
