Sangha Night
Thursday 28 August 6:45pm – 9pm
A weekly meditation and Buddhism class for our regulars.
Anthroposophic Book Centre in Halifax Street, Adelaide 5000
We run weekly classes every Thursday evening teaching two Buddhist meditation practices as well as introducing traditional teachings of the Buddha in a way that is accessible and practical to everyday life in the modern world.
Whether you are new to meditation or want to take your practice deeper and experience the benefits of meditating with other people, our Thursday evening classes offer great opportunities to deepen your exploration of Buddhist practice with like minded people.
We offer classes in meditation and Buddhism in a friendly, supportive environment. Our teachers are practising Buddhists who strive to incorporate the ideals of Buddhism into daily life.
We are part of a worldwide movement: The Triratna Buddhist Community. Triratna draws on the entire Buddhist tradition and expresses itself in a fresh and dynamic way that suits the modern world.
